Dr. Michelle Johnson DDS
Dr. Michelle Johnson has been providing exceptional dental care in Southern Oregon for more than 25 years. A graduate cum laude of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1999, she has proudly called Oregon home throughout her dental career. After moving to Grants Pass in 2002, she quickly fell in love with the community and opened Allen Creek Dental in 2003, where she continues to care for generations of local families.
Dr. Johnson is passionate about lifelong learning and is committed to bringing the latest techniques and technology to her patients. She is affiliated with the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Rogue Valley Dental Society, and the Academy of Clear Aligners. She has been providing Invisalign® treatment since 2003 and has studied at the prestigious Frank Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, since 2005. As a Spear Faculty Club and Study Club member since 2015, she continues to pursue advanced education focused on clinical excellence and comprehensive patient care.
While Dr. Johnson is dedicated to providing outstanding dentistry, what truly sets her apart is her compassionate approach to patient care. She understands that visiting the dentist can be stressful for many people and believes every patient deserves to feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. Her goal is to create a positive experience where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their dental health. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a complete smile transformation, Dr. Johnson and her team strive to make every visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Helping make those visits even more enjoyable is Peyton, Allen Creek Dental’s beloved facility dog. Peyton is specially trained to provide comfort and emotional support for patients of all ages, especially those who experience dental anxiety. From offering a calming presence during treatment to greeting patients with a wagging tail, Peyton brings smiles, eases fears, and helps create a happier, more relaxing dental experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Outside the office, Dr. Johnson enjoys cycling, cooking, spending time with her son, Austin, and continuing to build lasting relationships within the Grants Pass community she proudly calls home.
